We are organized as a social enterprise (profit for purpose), where the goal of fighting climate change trumps any other goal. We use a democratic decision model with no managers - at GoClimate we are all leaders. We operate on a model of 100% transparency.

We walk the talk and live the change. We join climate protests, we travel by train when possible, we love plant-based food and strive to live enjoyable and sustainable lives.

We understand the importance of climate justice and work actively with diversity and inclusivity in all aspects of the business.

We believe in sustainability both for the planet as well as people. Our team has 6 hour working days. Working less hours means better focus at work, more life balance, time for reflection and time to contribute to collective action for a climate-friendly society.

We are always looking for ways to improve ourselves in order to make sure our work is as climate efficient and as inclusive as possible. We don’t have all the answers but we are doing our best and moving out of our comfort zones to try to make change happen.

We want to challenge the “business as usual” way of thinking - which we believe to often support old and destructive business models which do not contribute to a better future and may even hold unhealthy organizational structures.
