This Terms of Service describes the terms of service for GoClimate Sweden AB (GoClimate - reg. no. 559130-6583).
These general terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply when GoClimate provides products and services via the web or app (the "Service").
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you register a company as a user, you certify that you have the authority to bind the company in accordance with the Terms. The service is not provided to persons / companies who have previously violated the Terms.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to the Terms when you create your account. As the Terms contain important information about how you may use the Service, it is important that you read them carefully.
An account at GoClimate helps you understand your carbon footprint, save your carbon footprint, offset your carbon footprint and also suggest actions you can do for stopping climate change. The purpose of the Service is to create a personalized service that helps you take meaningful climate action.
GoClimate works continuously to develop the Service in order to improve the functionality for you. GoClimate may add, remove or change features of the Service at any time. GoClimate may also offer you new features in the Service that may be associated with special terms. If you wish to activate such Service, you must first agree to the special terms of service.
GoClimate may send you e-mails or notifications regarding the Service, information about changes in the Service and information about new functions. This communication, as well as the communication specified in the first paragraph, is considered an integral part of the Service, which means that it cannot be opted out. It is possible to unsubscribe to emails at all times.
Do not abuse the Service. For example, you may not interfere with the Service or attempt to access it using any method other than the interface and instructions provided by GoClimate.
It is not permitted to copy, modify, distribute or publish content provided by GoClimate. For personal use, however, it is permitted to download, copy and save information from GoClimate.
GoClimate has the right to suspend a user and terminate an account at any time if the user violates the Terms or otherwise uses the Service in a way that may cause GoClimate or third parties damage.

In the Service, you can transmit, submit, store and send or receive information. You guarantee that you hold the necessary rights to the information, either by creating it yourself, or that everyone who has participated has given you permission to use the information on the Service in accordance with the Terms. You warrant that the information does not contain someone else's copyrighted material, logo or other intellectual property right that you have not obtained permission from the rights holder to use.
GoClimate offers the possibility to offset emissions calculated in GoClimates emissions calculator. This monthly subscription service is provided as is and can be subject to change. The prices for offsetting can vary over time, this due to that the pricing in the underlaying offset market can be volitile. GoClimate may increasing the price if GoClimate deems it necessary in order to deliver the service to the subscribed user. Information on future price increases will be communicated to users via e-mail.
GoClimate does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Service. The operation of the Service may be disrupted by a number of factors beyond GoClimate's control and GoClimate makes no warranties regarding the Service's function or availability. GoClimate cannot be held liable for damages caused directly or indirectly by the use of the Service and its contents.
GoClimate intends that all information in the Service should be accurate and as up-to-date as possible. However, GoClimate cannot guarantee the availability of the Service or the reliability or accuracy of the information presented in the Service. GoClimate cannot be held responsible for if the Service is down.
